We want to make sure you have the best experience possible at IN2ITION.  To ensure your appointment starts on time, please complete any of the forms we request before coming in.  Here are a few other things to keep in mind before your visit. 

Late Arrival

If you are running late, please text or call to let us know as soon as possible.  If you arrive 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment, you may be required to reschedule if we have appointments scheduled after you. 

CANCELLATION Policy

In the event you need to cancel, we ask for 24 hours notice. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice, we will require a credit to secure your next appointment.  Once a credit card is on file, if you cancel without 24 hour notice or no show your credit card will be billed for 50% of service you were scheduled for or $25, whichever is greater.   After three no shows, we reserve the right to decline future appointments.  

Service Refunds

We do not offer refunds after a service has been provided.  Prior to your appointment, we'll do a thorough consultation with you.  During this discussion, we will be up front with you if we have concerns about the results you can achieve.  If we don't think a procedure will deliver the results you're looking for, we will tell you.  If you are unhappy with the outcome of a procedure you receive at IN2ITION, please contact us to discuss potential solutions. 

Guarantees 

Results are subjective and vary with every aesthetic procedure depending on the client, their current skin condition and their at-home routines.  While we make every effort to deliver your desired outcome, we can not guarantee results.

Product Returns or Exchanges

Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for studio credit.  Once a product is opened and/or used, it can not be returned or exchanged.  

If you are concerned about the products performance, we recommend you use the product consistently for 4 to 6 weeks to allow conditioning of the skin and to see true results.  

Payments Accepted

We accept cash and all major credit cards, plus we offer payment plans for some services.
